The New Orleans Hispanic Heritage Foundation presented the Virtual Culinary experience “A Journey to Peru’s Best Culinary Secrets”
Celebrated New Orleans Chef Juan Lock of Tito’s Ceviche & Pisco prepared his favorite and most famous Peruvian dishes and drink recipes. Chef Juan presented four recipes: a Pisco Sour, Ceviche Criollo, a Causa de Cangrejo, and a Pisco Punch, and gave you a step-by-step instruction on how to make them at home.
Media Personality, Isis Casanova shared historical anecdotes and short stories of these Peruvian cuisine delights enhancing his demonstrations.
